MADISON, Wis. – The Illinois State University Cross Country team wrapped up its meet at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals on Saturday afternoon at the Zimmer Championship Course.

The Redbirds were led by Senior Mattison Plummer who finished 51st with a time of 21:34.0. Astrid Van Breedam impressed as the second-highest finisher for Illinois State with a mark of 22:00.2.

Senior Will Sinclair paced the Redbirds with a time of 24:19.9 to earn a tenth-place finish for Illinois State. Sinclair has finished in the top 15 in every race this season. Senior Zack Loomis continues to have a strong season earning another top-15 finish with a mark of 24:21.5.
