Illinois State gymnastics head coach Cassandra Ringer has added another standout to her program, with the addition of Halle Sutton (Davie, Florida) to the roster for the 2026-27 season.

Illinois State's Christian Capacci, Caden Scarlett and Tomas Valencia were each named to the 2026 Men's All-Summit League Team on Thursday, as announced by the league office. The Redbird trio were among 18 men's tennis standouts named to the annual squad announced prior to the Summit League Championship this weekend.

The Illinois State track and field squad heads to Fayetteville, Ark., for the John McDonnell Invitational hosted by the University of Arkansas on April 24.
