We are excited to offer Family Climbs along with Family Swims held in the Student Fitness Center pool and their rock wall on Saturdays and Sundays. Lifeguards are on duty and all parents/guardians must remain in the pool area. Families are encouraged to bring their own flotation devices. Please note, in order to climb, children must securely fit in Campus Recreation’s harness or bring a harness Campus Recreation staff must approve. While attending all sessions is not required, participating in the full series can deepen your comfort and capacity in supporting the diverse mental health needs of our campus community.Registration is required for each session you wish to attend.Adapted by Student Counseling Services and inspired by similar initiatives at other universities, the Red Folder is a quick-reference resource designed to help faculty and staff recognize when a student may be struggling and feel confident in taking supportive action.
