Akropolis Reed Quintet (oboe, clarinet, bass clarinet, bassoon, saxophone) performs new works it has commissioned from American composers including "A Soulful Nexus" by Derrick Skye, commissioned with support of the Chamber Music America Classical Commissioning Program, and "Lake of Muses" by Stephanie Ann Boyd, supported by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.
