Presentations
Valerie Wright, Patricia Pence, Myoung Jin Kim, and Kileigh Guido, MCN, co-presented a poster titled, “A Qualitative Exploration of Diverse Simulation Learning Experiences for Graduate Nurses,” at the MNRS 49th Annual Research Conference in Indianapolis, Ind.
Aaron Pitluck, SOC, gave a talk to the Department of Sociology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison about potential future trajectories of economic sociology, as part of a two-day workshop.
Katie Jasper, HIS, gave a presentation to the Rockford Society of the Archaeological Institute of America.
Angela Yon, Emily Baldoni, and Maddi Loiselle, MILNER, presented a virtual live webinar titled, “Looking Beyond Your Digital Repository: Metadata for Storytelling.” The webinar was previously presented in-person as a session at the November 2024 American Library Association Core Forum and voted Best of Core by attendees.
Lindsay Marshall, HIS, presented her chapter titled, “The Memory War for the Indian Wars” at “Rethinking the Indian Wars,” a special public event in Phoenix, Ariz., hosted by the Arizona Historical Society and the Clements Center for Southwest Studies.
