- Wednesday Bible Study, 10/29, 7 - 8 pm @ Stevenson 120We invite you to our Bible study tomorrow night, 10/29, 7 - 8 pm, at Stevenson 120. In the past two weeks, we learned about the three laws in Romans 7:7-25 and 8:1-6 that operate within us: the law of the Spirit of Life in our spirit, the law of good in our soul, and the law of sin (and death) in our flesh. We will dig deeper this week to see how we can apply the truth in Romans 8:1-6 in our daily living, to meet God's righteous requirements by staying in Christ. Please join us tomorrow and enjoy Him as our everything.

Last week, we learned about the three laws in Romans 7:7-25, the law of God, the law of good, and the law of sin (and death). We will continue with the fourth law, the law of the Spirit of Life, in Chapter 8:1 - 6. While we cannot meet God's law through our own effort, the law of the Spirit of Life in our spirit will enable us to fulfill the law and thus express God. Stop by the quad for bracelets, buttons, stickers, and more to show your support while raising awareness for individuals with speech and hearing challenges. Tuesday 10/7 : Chipotle Dine-to-Donate 5-9 pm, 701 S Main St. Normal, IL. Grab a meal at Chipotle and a portion of your purchase will go directly to support our philanthropy, the Speech and Hearing Programs. Eat delicious food while helping make a difference! (Make sure to mention Delta Zeta at checkout). Thursday 10/9 : Bake Sale on the quad with Sigma Nu Fraternity 12-4 pm. Stop by the quad for a sweet treat at our Bake Sale with Sigma Nu! All proceeds support Delta Zeta & Sigma Nu's philanthropy! Get some delicious desserts for a great cause! Friday 10/10: Grilled Cheeses with the DeeZees 12-4 pm, 408 W Willow St. Normal, IL. Come by the Delta Zeta house for homemade grilled cheeses, mac and cheese grilled cheeses, AND dunk a Delta Zeta into a dunk tank! Sunday 10/12 : Hoops for Hearing 12-4pm , at the Hewett-Manchester Basketball Courts. Watch as different basketball teams compete against each other in a tournament. As Delta Zeta members coach each team, see who will win! All proceeds to towards our philanthropy, Speech and Hearing Organizations!
