IHSA Football Week 4 Recap: Bloomington-Normal High School Football in full swing
NORMAL, Ill. – Two teams remain undefeated after four weeks of high school football.
U-High shut out Lincoln High School on Friday night, winning by a score of 47-0. The Pioneers get their record back to even, now standing at 2-2. Next Friday, U-High is back home as they host Rochester at 7 p.m.
Bloomington Central Catholic remains undefeated after winning big against Rantoul. The Saints won by a final score of 51 to 6, moving to 4-0 on the season. The Saints travel to Monticello next Friday at 7 p.m. for week 5.
Bloomington High School defeated a fellow Bloomington-Normal high school in Normal West. The Purple Raiders won by a final score of 31 to 27, continuing their undefeated season at 4-0. Bloomington is home again next Friday at 7, hosting Urbana High School.
Normal West falls to a 2-2 record after their loss to Bloomington. The Wildcats look to get back on track next Friday as they will travel to Peoria to face the Lions at 7.
Normal Community was handed their first loss of the season, losing to Kankakee this past Friday. The Ironmen lost by a final score of 28 to 17, moving their record down to 3 and 1. Next Friday night, the Ironmen look to bounce back at home against Manuel High School at 7.
