For the second weekend in a row, the Illinois State women's tennis team will play host to a fall tournament at the Gregory Street Courts. This time, however, it will serve as a Missouri Valley Conference preview as each league team  will come to Normal in what is set to be replacement for the MVC Individual Championships previously held every year by the conference.

It was a much better day for tennis on Sunday in the Twin Cities, as Illinois State, Western Illinois, Saint Louis and Bradley did not have to deal with any weather delays on the second day of the annual Redbird Duals held at the Gregory Street Courts.

There were weather delays all over the Bloomington-Normal area on Saturday, and the inclement weather affected the schedule on the first day of the Illinois State Redbird Duals hosted at the Gregory Street Courts.

The fall season for the Illinois State women's tennis team begins this weekend, when the Redbirds host Missouri Valley Conference rival Bradley, Saint Louis and Western Illinois at the annual Redbird Duals. Matches will take place at the Gregory Street Tennis Courts on Saturday and Sunday, beginning each day at 10 a.m.
