Chick-fil-A in normal has just celebrated 10 years serving the community, with the community.

The restaurant’s owner, Justin Whitefoot held a party, including activities for children like face painting, balloon art, and coloring activities and even provided a spot for local artists and vendors to showcase their art.

The part also showcased local small businesses, giving them a platform. Whitefoot said, “I think one of maybe the best kept secrets of Chick-fil-A is we truly are a local business even though we have a national brand name above our door. I am the local owner operator, live in the community only hire from our community.”

Local business owner Meg White said that she was really grateful to Chick-fil-A for giving local businesses the opportunity to set up a table and be seen by the community.

The party proved to many the commitment a national name like Chick-fil-A still cares greatly for the communities they call home.
