Tucked inside the Office of Sustainability, the Share Shop at ISU provides students access to gently used clothing, shoes and household items- all for free.

The share shop is a space created for redbirds to save money, find what they need, and have a chance to donate back and give what they don’t need anymore away as well. The share shop has a mission to turn sustainability into something students can see and feel, and have a direct impact on.

Along with providing comfortability and affordable options to students, the share shop shows that sustainability can be stylish, and not everything needs to be brand new. Thomas Fox, student says “A moment that stuck with me was I feel like every summer when I start working back in the share shop we always get a lot of different donations, and it is wonderful seeing how fast they go because we get to hand it out to other people in need.”

The share shop is here for students to promote affordability , sustainability, and style.
